{:}{:en}Evgeni Mitev is initiator, coordinator and PR of the project „Dark Dialogue – Model for Transparency and Tackling Social Inequalities“, funded under the NGO Support Program in Bulgaria under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 which due to eligibility requirements is realized through the nationally represented Federation of Sports for Persons with Visual Impairments. The main objective of the project is to create conditions for building anti-discrimination national legislation and including a social environment by conducting events under the German Methodology in the Dark Dialogue. It has a proven social impact on raising awareness of the needs, potential and opportunities of people with disabilities by the majority and improving their socio-economic status. The method consists of conducting events / workshops in complete darkness in which roles are turned: blind facilitators take care of the sighted participants.{:}{:de}Evgeni Mitev war der Initiator, Koordinator und PR-Projekt „Dialog im Dunkel – ein Modell der Transparenz und die sozialen Ungleichheiten bekämpfen“, gefördert durch das Programm zur Unterstützung für NGO in Bulgarien im Rahmen des EWR-Finanzierungsmechanismus 2009 -2014 wegen Anspruchsvoraussetzungen zur Festlegung wird durch den national vertretenen Sportverband für Sehbehinderte realisiert. Das Hauptziel des Projektes ist es, Bedingungen für den Bau von Antidiskriminierung und nationalen Rechtsvorschriften, einschließlich der sozialen Umgebung zu schaffen, durch die Ereignisse in der deutschen Methodik Dialog im Dunkel zu halten. Es hat einen nachgewiesenen sozialen Einfluss auf die Sensibilisierung für die Bedürfnisse, Möglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten
von Menschen mit Behinderungen durch die Mehrheit und Verbesserung ihrer sozioökonomischen Status.
